DELIVERY & SHIPPING
POLICY

When you’re done placing your order and submitting your payment, you will
receive a confirmation email. Kindly email us if you do not get the confirmation email. Once your
payment is verified and order processed, parcel will be shipped. Once your
order is shipped, you will receive a notification with the shipping carrier and
tracking number (international orders).

For domestic shipping, please carefully check and confirm your address and
contact information. In the event of a failed delivery, your order will be
reshipped and you will be charged another shipping fee. 

We ship out orders within 24-48 HOURS from the time you purchase.

RETURNS

We accept returns only in a case whereby the customer has received a faulty or broken product. This complaint should be raised with us within 24 hours after receiving the product, together with a photo or video showing the faulty item. Complaints can be raised through WhatsApp on (+254 110 910 382)

REFUNDS

We don't provide refunds.

EXCHANGE

Due to hygiene reasons, we do NOT offer exchanges on our products. Please check size of product before ordering.
